ASP.NET Hosting - Close Hosting Account

You can close your current website and optionally create a new site

• This process will delete all your files, databases etc
• If need to backup your files, go to the control panel, zip all your files and download to your local computer.
• If this process fails in the middle and you like to go back to your old hosting account, you may go to the control panel and repair the account. If the files are already deleted, you may need to upload again.
• If you recently accessed your web pages, your files may be locked by system resources and may not be able to delete immediately. In that case, expect your site to be down for 1 or 2 hours (or, repair and continue to use).
• Changed your mind? Repair Site and continue to use (You cannot recover files that are already deleted).
