Cannot delete database files in File manager

Help

I cannot delete the 2 files that I currently have in my database folder.

When I deleted them, it turned them into folders!

And I still cannot delete the folders.

Plase help AspSpider Team

Also I cannot delete files from webroot\app_data either.

The same problem occurs
