If you using this web site, you just upload your database to 'Database' folder, and not in App_Data. Second, you must corrrect your connection string, the database name is 'yourprofilename_databasename', for example, your profile name is jack, and database is student, your final databasename is jack_student, got it???

Is this problem resolved?
If not, can you let me know if the database connection is successful on localhost (dev server)?

Maybe the problem is that you create your database not in App_Data folder. I suppose you move your *.mdf files from C:\Progr....\MSSQL.1.0\Data. Try to use database directly from server.
