I tested your site through Opera browser. Design looks good. But you use absolute positioning which is not good. Try using table there with relational positioning. Mention each width & Height in percentage to others. That will make your page look good.

The leaf bg in fine but your various frames blend into them too much.
I suggest you apply a border of a different color (say black) or some border images (top left, top, top right, etc) to make your text frames POP OUT to highlight your content.
Then use some passover images to your top menu so that the text changes as the user moves the mouse over them to make the menu buttons pop out (say a reverse field or change color or font).

The New West modern campaign setting
The main color theme looks good for a personal site or a craft / down-home site. I thiught the yellow in theme 2 was a bit harsh.
I would definitely use relative positioning and floats in the layout. Absolute posaitioning is almost never a good idea, and tables can easily violate good design practices (and the XHTML standard) by engouraging style information to be placed in your markup.
Great site so far, keep it up!

Try using some known color schemes of the internet.
And If you're merely using the site for demonstration purposes, make sure the links contain dummy pages. Right now the links are pointing at none existing pages thus resulting in getting a 404 page not found error!

Hi,
Do be honest I don't like the menu in the top. I think it is to boring. I don't know what your idea was about the oval-like box on the left, but it doesn't fit with the rest of the site. And I think the background makes the site give a bad overview

The concept of themes is well utilizes. However, change the themes to not interfere with the content. The green leaves in the background are obscuring the content. If you kept the background white, it would be more pleasing to the eyes. Other than that, try to fill some content in. You can get a better idea of how a site looks once some content is in place.
However, themes have been utilizes in a good manner. I have been meaning to add themes to my web site as well.

Also, try to use sans serif fonts such as verdana or Arial, instead of serif fonts such as Times New Roman. Serif fonts are harder on the eyes.

I have a comment for Naved Hussain. Please avoid criticizing members along those lines. It is highly unprofessional. We are all here to learn and it is quite common knowledge that developers are not designers. I suppose we are all mostly developers here and our design skills are not all that great. So, instead of telling members that your site is not professional, try to be a little professional and also provide how the site can be made professional (providing suggestions, rather than just negative criticism).
Also, I happened to browse to your site. You are running a graphics company, but your web site hardly looks the work of a professional graphics artist. I think the above comment should be directed more towards your site since you are touting graphical expertise.
Mr. Hussain, please no offense but I think I am speaking right.
