My domain is .info , do I build for .NET 2.0 or 3.5?
If I use Visual Web Developer 5.0 to develop site and upload can I run it as .NET 3.5?

I'm note sure if Visual Web Developer 2005 supports ASP.NET 3.5 but you can get Visual Studio Web Developer 2008 Express for free from the Microsoft Web Site.
We use it even though we have a Visual Studio Professional 2008 license. Somehow it seems better for smaller projects....
