I am having a personal web page on this server, I want to upload my college project on this server, but can do this with the existing account or I have to create a new one . . .

yes, u can upload it on this server. keep ur personal site as it is and also upload ASPX files of ur college project. now copy all the files from "bin" folder of ur c have college project into "bin" folder created on this server.
u have to create the same directory structure of ur college project on this server as u have it on ur local system.

yes, only you have to crate new folder in this server and upload all ur project file(with folders, if any) to this folder
