Did you notice the "please wait" message? You only see it if you page down after pressing Compress:
"A background process has been initiated to compress the files. Please wait patiently for 2~3 minutes and then check the compressed file in the FileManager."
So perhaps your zipfile is there now.

The message on the File Manager page says, "AspSpider free hosting program is retiring. All files will be deleted on June 1."
Still over a month to go! How much time do you need?!!!!!
I would advise you never to use a webserver as the primary repository of your website source anyway (let alone a webserver provided by a free hosting service!). Keep your source safe yourself; the files on a webserver should only ever be a copy. If the site updates your database then you'll need to back up the database to collect your data, but aspspider have allowed us plenty of time for that.
