inline coding inside style tag

Hi,
I am using the following code
<td align="left" valign="middle" width="184px" style="background-image: url(./Images/Quick Pricing/expandedtab.gif)"><asp:Label ID="lblUser1" runat="server" CssClass="text_whitebold"></asp:Label></span>
</td>

But I am not getting the background image always, because, this code is placed in multiple pages that reside within different folder/subfolder hierarchy.

For the rest of the screen i am using the following code:
<img id="Img5" src="<%=Globals.AppPath%>/Images/Quick Pricing/collapsedarrow.gif"/> and this works.

Can anyone tell me how can I use <%=%> inside style tag

try url(~/Images/Quick Pricing/expandedtab.gif)
