cannot connect to the database

As I public my web site, everything happened well but I can't connect to the database. I think this problem was came from the connection string. Here is the text:
Data Source=.\SQLExpress;Persist Security Info=True;Integrated Security=SSPI;Initial Catalog=ctxahoi_CTXH

So, can you tell me what it exactly is?

Well, if I view a page without database connection, it'll be displayed correctly. But, the one that has to connect to database to display data doesn't work and crash. This is the error message:
Cannot open database "ctxahoi_CTXH" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'DOTNETSPIDER1\ctxahoi'.
