"process cannot access" error when extracting zip file

Hello,

I uploaded my zip file to webroot folder and started extracting it.
Then I browsed webroot folder and found that content was extracted only parially. (Ive been waiting for a great deal of time and nothing changed).
When I tried to remove zip file it sait
"An error occurred.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

What have I made wrong?

it is because the file was still being extracted. Wait for a while and try again.
