Write permissions for service user

My website is throwing an error because the chart control requires a temporary folder to write to and cannot access one. I have tried specifying the root directory as well as a new sub folder.

How do I grant the service user (which ever user that may be) write access to a particular folder on the server?

Ok so maybe it is able to write the file, but just cant delete it and is therefore throwing the error. Cant grant me delete access by any chance?

I'm having this same problem. The file is created but it seems that the error comes when the chart control tries to delete it. Is there any solution to this without having delete acess?
