How to Attach DB files? its Always giving me error!

When i try to attach my mssql file it gives me this error, i already made everything that i know of, changing the file name, building another database and nothing work, it only gives me this error:

Error attaching database. System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot create file 'C:\MemberSites\MemberSites_AspSpider_Info\clinicmodell\database\jaimeowns_log.LDF' because it already exists. Change the file path or the file name, and retry the operation. Could not open new database 'clinicmodell_jaimeowns'. CREATE DATABASE is aborted. File activation failure. Error opening attached database. Cannot open database clinicmodell_jaimeowns requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'DOTNETSPIDER1\dotnetspider'.
