I get the following error when I try to attach my database. It was created in SQL Server 2008 R2. I tried setting the compatability level from 100 (2008) to 90 (2005) then 80 (2000), but got the same error.
Error attaching database. System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The database 'jaemzware_Goals' cannot be opened because it is version 661. This server supports version 612 and earlier. A downgrade path is not supported. Could not open new database 'jaemzware_Goals'. CREATE DATABASE is aborted. at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ThrowExceptionAndWarning(TdsParserStateObject stateObj) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.Run(RunBehavior runBehavior, SqlCommand cmdHandler, SqlDataReader dataStream, BulkCopySimpleResultSet bulkCopyHandler, TdsParserStateObject stateObj) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.RunExecuteNonQueryTds(String methodName, Boolean async) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.InternalExecuteNonQuery(DbAsyncResult result, String methodName, Boolean sendToPipe) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery() at SpiderWatch.HostManager.AttachDatabase(String userId, String databaseName, String dataFile, String NetworkPath, String LocalPath, eUserType UserType)

I'm not familiar with all the different version numbers of SQL Server databases. However, I think the domain you selected (aspspider.info/) is still only using SQL Server 2005 (Express). If you want to use a SQL Server 2008 database then create your website using the domain aspspider.biz/ (
http://www.aspspider.com/qa/Question4401.aspx
).
I do not know when SQL Server 2008 Express will be installed on the other top domains used by ASPSPIDER.
