When i open my web page (any page) then it gives an error msg:

HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Try to check your web.config
for something like this

<authorization >
<deny users=?/>
</authorization>

this mean it doesn't allow any or anonymous

if not then maybe something wrong with IIS. but I don't know where we can config it. you might need web admin help
