i'm newbie and i don't know the problems because my web is running in my local computer

i'm newbie.
i don't know the problem because my web is running in my local computer but in aspspider doesn't run and the message like that.
i use *.ashx for connection to displaying picture.
somebody help me, please??

Well first of all debuging your web site would be best with
Microsoft visual studio, you don't need IIS running on your machine and you will see errors line specific.
