If I've understood you correctly then what you want to do is using a Windows Form application on your local computer for making remote SQL connections to your database at http&58;//aspspider.ws/saurabhagrawal51/

To access your SQL database do so via the Control Panel when logged in to your hosting account at http&58;//www.aspspider.com/ or use code in your *.aspx (or *.asmx) pages at http&58;//aspspider.ws/saurabhagrawal51/ .
ASPSPIDER does not provide means for remote connections to SQL databases. SQL databases at this hosting service has to be located in the DATABASE folder. That folder is protected from direct access from the Internet.

Sorry, I did not read your question well enough. I just noticed now that you're using MS ACCESS database. If a MS ACCESS *.mdb is put in the DATABASE folder where ASPSPIDER expect it to be then the situation will be the same as with SQL databases (*.mdf). However, a *.mdb database may possible work even if put outside the DATABASE folder. If so, then you may be able to make a remote connection (I can't say this for sure). Anyway, beware that this exposes the database to the public. Strangers may access information they are not supposed to see. I can not help you with the code for such a connection.
