GIVES ERROR 403.1 u do not have enough permission to view the page resources

can any one please help me with this error ? the detailed error is as below:
Access is denied.
Description: An error occurred while accessing the resources required to serve this request. You might not have permission to view the requested resources.

Error message 401.3: You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied (access denied due to Access Control Lists). Ask the Web server's administrator to give you access to 'C:\MemberSites\MemberSites_AspSpider_Ws\dhavaladesai\webroot'.
