Hello. I had uploaded and attached my database. I deleted it and the log file as well because I modified it at home, and now I can't set it up. I am getting this alert >>

Error attaching database. System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Database 'yonatanshev_db' already exists. Choose a different database name
...

Could someone help me?

have you tried to just rename your database?
