Do you support the full-text feature for SQL Server?

I have a database with full-text search but when I try to search for something on my site I get this error:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Full-Text Search is not installed, or a full-text component cannot be loaded.

Do you support the full-text feature for SQL Server? If not could you please install the feature.
