Unable to detach database

Hello, I am trying to upload a newer version of my database, however I am unable to detach and delete the old version.  Every time I try to detach it says that there is an open connection.  And there is no way for me to drop any open connections from that interface.  How should I go about updating my SQL database?

There is no interface. Do not access your website for sometime (1 or 2 days) or remove the db connection from your code and try to detach after 2 days.
