I don't have access to the resource files (.css, .jpg) that should be loaded when a site page is accessed, for each element the error:
HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource.
Internet Information Services (IIS) is encountered.

I encounter this error also when I try to Preview an image file from Control Panel/File Manager (You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page due to the access control list (ACL) that is configured for this resource on the Web server.)

Can you help me? Please provide a solution regarding the permissions in IIS or where they are needed.
