HI friends
i have one javascript file
say one.js
which will generate DIV dynamically to make tool tip and shows it on mouse out on icon

so when iam trying to call this function on
usercontrol which uses ajaxmodel popup.
this ajaxmodel popup is displaying a top of my tool tip div

here i want to display my div on top of modelpopup

i tried to set zindex of my div to 1000000003 also but no use ....

if any suggestion which makes things work fine is appreciated

Can you post some of the code for your div creation? It's hard to say without knowing what you are doing.

Not sure if this is your problem or not, but the z-index only works if you set the div's position to absolute or relative.

e.g. myDiv.style.position = relative;
