I'm using membership feature to authenticate my user
The database currently under the folder of App_Data.
The problem is when I try to login, it showed the error of
  aspnettdb.net is read-only file, unable to update the data, please remodify the permission
So, what should i do?

full error:
Database 'C:\MEMBERSITES\MEMBERSITES_ASPSPIDER_WS\WENHAO\WEBROOT\APP_DATA\ASPNETDB.MDF' cannot be upgraded because it is read-only or has read-only files. Make the database or files writeable, and rerun recovery.
An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file C:\MemberSites\MemberSites_AspSpider_Ws\wenhao\webroot\App_Data\aspnetdb.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share.

Try uploading with an empty app_data folder.
