What is the correct connection string?

I know that my database name will be UserId_DatabaseName, where UserId is the username I'm using for the hosting here, while DatabaseName is the name of the database. I also know that I can set the connection string in web.config, but what is the correct string? My database is in the database folder. I used this example which you give in one of your pages in the Control Panel as hint:
Data Source=.\SQLExpress;Persist Security Info=True;Integrated Security=SSPI;Initial Catalog=UserId_DatabaseName;
I set the username and the database name, but I still didn't manage to connect to the database. Solution?
P.S. This is the error I'm getting:
Cannot open database UserId_DatabaseName requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'DOTNETSPIDER1\UserId'
UserId and DatabaseName are my username and the database real name, of course.
