drop down banner appearing on my site

I've just uploaded my site, and all is really good except that every 4 seconds a banner notice from aspspider drops down over the top of my pages. After 4 seconds it goes away, but comes back 4 seconds later.

It says this site......is hosted by aspspider.com free hosting service. Do not provide any sensitive information through this website unless you trust the owner

Is there a way of making this appear less frequently (or even just have it fixed at the top, above my pages) as it's actually quite annoying to have it flashing on and off like that?

please add these code between <head>and</head>
the banner will disappear!
