I don't have permissions to delete nor extract my archives in webroot folder

as well as I can't even delete a txt file that I've uploaded there. I get access denied error. I contacted the webmaster by email but didn't get a response so please fix it because it's stuck there and takes space.

Sometimes I can't extract my zip file, too. Somebody give us an answer?

Why no one helps? Webmaster please take a minute to give me write permissions on my directory because I can't go on with the building of my site in fear that what I upload is stuck there forever with no delete option!!!

By the way, this is the error:

"ASP.NET Hosting - Security and permissions
Access denied.
You attempted to access a resource where you do not have sufficient permissions. If you received this message in error, please contact the webmaster through the forum."

*UPDATE*
I deleted my site completely using Delete Files manager and all stuck files and archives were also finally deleted successfully. I then reuploaded and reattached my site from scratch.
Sorry webmaster of nagging and bugging you with Emails. :)

MYSTERY SOLVED! For all users that getting Access Denied error out of nowhere while deleting/extracting files IT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE SPECIAL CHARACTER/S IN THE FILE NAME/S (my files had ' sign). There is no way to delete files once they're stuck BUT to delete all files in webroot folder and then reupload.
