Disconnected Data Access : Central Dataset

Hi

I would like to ask how to use a central Dataset accross all application? What i mean is you first initialize a dataset and every time you call a method you just used\inherit the initialized dataset.

I don't know how to apply in the code. Can someone give me a simple simple code so i could visualize it.

what i mean is you have 1 dataset in your application. Let say you have 2 methods, Method 1 is your update and Method 2 is insert. Every time this method will be triggered it will only be looking in a 1 dataset.
