Dots in url, can't access the url that counts a dot.

Hey, I found a problem with the url's that counts a dot (and that's not the dot before the extension of the file). It just look like an url with a dot is denied from been followed. So it seems that the IISLockdown Tools are installed on the host. Now maybe this can be solved by adding the following parameter in to the urlscan.ini :

AllowDotInPath=1 ; If 1, allow dots that are not file extensions.

Is this possible to do this. I think it will help many people who has dots in their url's.
