Cannot start and consume a Web service

I am trying to test a simple Web service (any one of those on the list http://aspspider.net/nvlahovic%5cService1.asmx) I get an error message saying that there is a configuration problem or that the site is expired.

I have checked web.config and added the <identity> tag but the error still occures. Is there any other configuration requirement? Does the server let services run, initiate and terminante user defined classes in VB.net 2008?

while clicking on helloworld, url is missing nvlahovic. try this url http://aspspider.net/nvlahovic/Service1.asmx?op=HelloWorld, it is working
