new site cannot repair

I have been trying to make a new site because there is something wrong with my old one. To do this, I created a new .gmail account, created a new user, and a new website. However, the new site that has no association with the site which currently states service unavailable when accessed, cannot generate files needed for the control panel.

When trying to repair as stated by aspspider.net, the site is still not generated, any ideas?

I have the same problem, very strange this web hosting..

Same issue. Always says pending, even after close account and recreated one. Been like this for 2 days.
