I have developed a website (asp.net/sqlserver) for my home district. i have no licence of any software. can i upload it over the internet.  
It is compulsery to get licence of softwares for freelance programming.

vs studio express 2010 an sql server 2005 express is the best solution.

You can use ajax,webservice,linq.

 but there is't crystal report.

yes you can...when you upload, softwares will be provided by the hosting company and they have the license.
