MVC is still confusing

for me ASP.NET MVC is still confusing, specially from the one who's already have a background in Event Programming using Visual Basic or C#.
For those kind of people (or me), ASP.NET web forms is more natural.
I have already tried MVC tutorial from http://www.asp.net, but get confused in the middle.
