workaround for a problem with the debugger not working.

I dont know if anyone else notice this also, but think it will save alot of trouble. It took me to a week to figure out how to set up visual studio to do web development. I had a problem, where a message would apear saying tha the VS couldnt debug. I solved the problem by uninstalling VS and then installing IIS first. So i recommend an install of IIS first before installing visual studio. I dont know much about the technical details, but this seems to be an easy work around.
