DotnetNuke Problem

.NET Classes used :

I've download the DNN 4.08.00 and extracted it in my computer. I've created the database and edit the web.config. But when I browse it from my browser. It returned: "The page can not be displayed"

Just do the following step:
- Right click the folder which content the DNN source -> Sercurity
- Select tab Sercurity. Add user ASPNET and NETWORK SERVICE. Give full right access to them.
- From IIS, Right click the virtual directory -> All tasks -> Permision Wirzard -> Click Next for other steps.

Now I can browse my DNN
