Sorry for the late reply.

I have not tested the site with ASP.NET 2.0 yet. I hope to do that in the near future ( busy with some other work :) ).

In the mean time, just check if /IssueTracker/UserControls/DisplayIssues.ascx.cs is present in the folders.
